In the new CP Newspaper, There is a secret hidden message! To get it, click on the envelope on the "Upcoming Events" page.
Check out the note that appears:
To Un-Code the message, take the first letter of the Countrys flag. :P Here is what the message says:
Dear Penguin Silly Agency,
Look Sharp Agent - Ill see you on May 18

Woah! Thats so cool! That probably means Mission 11 is coming on the 18th! :D Awesome!
