Featured Igloo and Website!

So far I only have 2 submissions for Featured Penguin, but I'm making some changes on Igloo and Website. For FP you can still submit your penguin, but for the other 2 I will RANDOMLY choose what I think are best! It could be anyone on a random server or maybe a buddy! I will also be adding Featured Buddy! I will choose one of my buddies who I think is nice, thoughtful, funny, creative, generous and just has a good personality! GOOD LUCK!
