The new NON-MEMBERS item is a Green Propeller Cap! It is located in the Plaza.

The NEW NEW NEW members item is a JETPACK! You can actually fly with it! To get to it, walk onto the Hot Air Balloon in the Forest, and wait until the balloon lands!
